Cable Television Installation & Service was formed in May 1987 in Tampa, Florida. The first installation contract signed by CTIS was with Jones Intercable (Tampa), one of the largest cable operators at the time, before consolidation in the cable industry began in the 1990’s.
Our current locations include: Augusta and Savannah, Georgia, Charleston, South Carolina , Knoxville and Nashville, Tennessee, as well as Jacksonville, Port Charlotte, Port St. Lucie and West Palm Beach, Florida.
During the last 30 years, CTIS has performed many different types of services for our clients including: residential installations, Satellite installations (discontinued in 2002), cable modems, digital voice, home networking, audits, non-pay disconnect collections, converter box recovery, locates, driveway and street bores, MDU pre and post wiring, rebuild drop services, trap removal and installation and service calls.
